Braybrook to Melbourne

An easy day into the Melbourne CBD for another capital city photo and then off to catch the Spirit of Tasmania across to Tasmania.

In the last number of days we have done a fair bit of research into on and off road bike trails through Melbourne and found it relatively easy to avoid the traffic today.  We made a number of stops for photos on our way to the ferry and these included Docklands, the Yarra River near Federation Square, St Kilda and finally Port Melbourne.

As we passed through security and rode up to the ticket office we were surprised to be greeted with “Oh you must be Mr and Mrs Arundel”, which made us feel a bit special. It turned out we were the only bicycles booked on for the evening trip.
